The Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, has announced a multi-billion package of support for self-employed people to enable them to carry on doing business. He described it as ‘one of the most generous in the world’.

I appreciate that this is a difficult time for many people and, in particular, those people who are elderly and vulnerable and may have to be at home for 12 weeks.

• One form of exercise a day – for example, a run, walk or cycle – alone or with members of your immediate household.
