Linton

Following a call with Home Office officials today, it has been confirmed they are due to respond to the legal claim by Hambleton Council before the end of June. There is therefore unlikely to be an announcement on next steps due before end of June. I will continue to press the Prime Minister and the Home Office on this and Hambleton's legal action has my full support.
