I've been continuing to work hard on the issue of dental provision in the constituency and I'm pleased to announce that the procurement for a new NHS dental practice in Helmsley has been successful.
I was pleased to meet with Dr. Isobel Greenstreet at Pickering Dental Health Practice and appreciate being able to see the practice in action. We discussed the sustainability of NHS dentist services, the difficulty of recruitment and the important of more locally-based training opportunities.
I am very concerned about the proposed solar development at Eden Farm, Old Malton, and I am pleased Emma and Rob Sturdy were able to have a slot on GB News on Monday to talk about their campaign.

Following two meetings this week with local MPs, Highways England, council representatives and the North Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership, I will continue to push for the A64 to be prioritised for road improvement work.
I'm pleased with the confirmation that 56 properties will be returned to Annington on the 9th February 2022. This will assist the school in planning their future intake.
I have received the above letter from Defence Minister, Jeremy Quin regarding Linton-on-Ouse. Whilst it is disappointing news regarding the delay, at least there is now some clarity.
I have written to the Defence Minister to press for an urgent solution regarding the housing situation at the former RAF site in Linton-on-Ouse, after a meeting last Friday with local councillors and headteacher. Linton-on-Ouse has 160 properties currently vacant, with a further 104 houses due to
